ASC2025 Social Activities
As part of ASC2025, we’re excited to offer a range of optional social activities on Tuesday afternoon, 2 December 2025. These activities provide a chance to relax, explore Perth and its surroundings, and connect with fellow delegates in a more informal setting.
Social activities are booked separately from the main conference registration and will incur an additional cost. No payment is required at this stage – registering your interest helps us plan group numbers and negotiate potential discounts. Final details and payment will be confirmed closer to the event.

Swan Valley Wine Tour
2 December 2025
Spend the afternoon in WA’s premier wine region, Swan Valley. Enjoy guided tastings of local wines, craft beer, cheese, chocolate, and gourmet treats while taking in the beautiful vineyard scenery.
Time: Pickup from Curtin University at 1:30 pm
Cost: $185 AUD per person
Includes:
• Private executive transport
• Tastings at three premium wineries

As Swan Valley wineries do not serve dinner on Tuesdays, you are welcome to finish the tour at a Perth restaurant (at your own expense) or return to Curtin University, with drop-off between 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm.

Rottnest Island Visit

Ferry over to Rottnest Island, home of the famous quokka – the happiest animal on Earth! Explore the island’s beaches, trails, and historic sites at your own pace.
